Training is a strategically important function at Cyntexa, and we are looking for a Technical Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to individuals or groups within the organization to enhance their knowledge and skills in various information technology areas.
The Trainer will be responsible for developing and managing the Salesforce.com (SFDC) training program. This position will involve effectively teaching people at Cyntexa who require training in different technical fields at all levels, interacting with diverse individuals, and ensuring the ultimate goal is achieved: delivering the best training in Salesforce.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python) and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or similar can be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in various areas of IT, including software applications, programming languages, network administration, cybersecurity, databases, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design comprehensive training programs to address the learning needs of employees.
- Identify training objectives, select appropriate training methods, and develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in person or through virtual platforms.
- Provide instruction and guidance on various IT topics, including software applications, testing techniques, programming languages, network administration, cybersecurity, database management, and Salesforce.
- Curate training content to suit different levels of participants, from beginners to advanced users.
- Demonstrate practical examples and conduct hands-on exercises to help participants apply their knowledge.
- Maintain regular sessions, test series, and assignments, and conduct evaluations accordingly.
- Collate feedback on training sessions, evaluate results, and make necessary improvements.
- Understand the challenges faced by trainees, solve their doubts, and provide guidance.
- Report program progress regularly to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT and incorporate relevant changes into training materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participant progress, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with IT professionals, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
