You are required to provide support and guidance to not only the IT team but to the wider business on how to optimize systems, whilst reducing costs and increasing profits. You should be able to communicate effectively and clearly with both team members and customers and be up to date with industry and economic trends.

Educational Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or any relevant field.
- Extensive experience in technical analysis in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
- Business acumen in order to better understand the needs of the clients and cater effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Building, designing, examining, and implementing a structured IT system/application.
- Meeting with and building relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
- Researching and preparing for new technology if mentioned in client requirements.
- Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, and reverse engineering.
- Developing an architectural solution aligning with client requirements and proposing improvements.
- Assisting seniors with pre-sales calls to gain exposure and client-handling experience.
- Planning, monitoring, organizing, and overseeing IT projects.
- Running tests or investigations on system issues and providing timely solutions.
- Creating reports to share with stakeholders and senior-level employees.
- Collaborating with developers and IT managers to build and implement technology solutions.
- Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems and applications across departments.
- Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations.
- Utilizing estimation techniques for project requirements.
- POC creation, review, and ownership.
- Facilitating stand-up meetings to resolve development team issues.
- Implementing advancements in system and enterprise architecture.
- Staying updated with the latest technology trends and developments.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems and workflows.
- Developing and conducting user training sessions.
