Educational Qualification

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or any relevant field
  • Experience in IT service management
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, coding languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Hands-on experience through internships, projects, or relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integration
  • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow development
  • Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration tests
  • Understand business needs and standardize processes into the design
  • Modify and configure ServiceNow applications to match specific business needs
  • Write, test, and deploy code (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.)
  • Debugging and fixing technical problems

Key Skills Required

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.)
  • Experience in web applications (Angular.js, SQL)
  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
  • Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • Knowledge of XML and structured programming concepts
  • Experience using the ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Advanced problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
