Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Head/Accounts Head who will be responsible for analyzing the financial health of the company, developing financial strategies, assessing investments, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
The candidate should have expertise in accounting, tax planning, and auditing while ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations.

Educational Qualification
- CA, CMA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent from a recognized institute or university.
- 2+ years or more of related experience is required.
- Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial system of the organization.
- Handle all affairs related to the Accounts and Export department.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Inter-company reconciliation, TDS and TCS compliance.
- Fund management, working capital, and cash flow maintenance.
- GST verification and return filing.
- Statutory audits, payroll processing, and tax filing.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, profit/loss statements.
- Provide financial advice on cost reduction and business improvement.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting regulations.
- Experience with general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot tables).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Understanding market trends for better budget planning.
- Ability to communicate financial data effectively.
- Knowledge of company law.
